Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an investigational peptide developed by Eli Lilly. It is a single molecule designed to act on three receptors: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, which is why it is often described as a “triple agonist”. It is not approved by Health Canada or any other regulator and remains under clinical investigation.
